You are not the product. Nobody's buying your eyeballs, nobody's selling your feed. The second we ran an ad against your data, everything real about this place would rot — so we won't. Not now, not at scale, not for anyone's money.
The heart of BISS costs you nothing, permanently. Core storytelling, your Journal Page, Brand Pages, and contests are all free — always. A few optional extras (premium Face expressions, power-user search) are the only things that ever cost a dime. Never the truth-telling itself.
Your story is the score. A number never gets near it. You'll never see a star slider on BISS — not once. The score is read from your actual words, so it can't be rigged, brigaded, or bought. You bring the truth; we do the math.
You're a verified human so the place stays clean — no bots, no fakes, no paid plants. But your name is yours, hidden by default until you decide to show it. Businesses see the honest, anonymized picture — never your identity — unless you deliberately step into the spotlight.
Every story and every setting is reversible on a whim. Public or private, per story, whenever you like. Delete anything and it's gone for good — anonymized on the back end, like it never happened. No dark patterns. No ugly fine print.
